Multilingual Real Estate Site CMS Cleanup (Phase 1)
We are looking for a Webflow Expert to work on Phase 1 of a real estate website project.
IMPORTANT:
This is a STRUCTURE, CMS, and TYPOGRAPHY CLEANUP project.
This is NOT a redesign.
Visual layout, colors, and overall design are already defined and must remain unchanged.
SCOPE – PHASE 1:
• Webflow template cleanup (classes, components, symbols, structure)
• Typography setup following a clear serif + sans hierarchy (similar to Nest Seekers style)
• CMS setup (custom, non-MLS):
- Properties
- New Developments / New Construction
- International (including Mexico)
- Rentals / Airbnb Advisory
- Services
- Testimonials
• CMS fields must be reusable and scalable
• Property Valuation page with form
• CRM integration (HubSpot or similar) with proper lead tagging
• Multilingual setup (EN / IT / ES) using Weglot
• Basic SEO setup (meta, slugs, CMS SEO fields, sitemap/robots)
• Mobile optimization and performance cleanup
• Florida real estate compliance in footer and legal pages
TECHNICAL CONSTRAINTS:
• Project must be built cleanly and professionally in Webflow
• NO visual redesign
• NO credential sharing
• Developer will work in their own Webflow Workspace and transfer the project at delivery (Webflow annual upgrade is NOT required before delivery)
• One website, one CRM
• Milestones must be clear and verifiable
TIMELINE:
• Estimated 7–10 working days for Phase 1
BUDGET:
• Fixed price: $700–$900
• Milestones released only after verified delivery
