We're hiring an experienced Webflow developer to improve load speed, implement Webflow Localization for five languages, and build multi‑step forms with Inputflow.

Candidate must speak Ukrainian/Russian, and understand English well enough to follow specs (if needed).

Scope:

​

• Performance/page load speed: Optimize images/video, clean up scripts, streamline font loading, enable lazy loading, and fix layout shifts if needed to improve the page load speed

​

• Localization: configure Webflow Localization for 5 locales = Eesti (Estonian), Русский (Russian), Deutsch (German), Polski (Polish), Svenska (Swedish) - with proper hreflang, localized slugs/meta, and a reliable language switcher.

​

• Forms: build conditional, multi‑step flows with Inputflow, with lightweight footprint, validation, and analytics events.

​

Requirements:

​

• Proven Webflow performance optimization work (with metrics or examples).

​

• Practical experience setting up Webflow Localization on production sites.

​

• Inputflow experience for multi‑step/conditional forms.

​

• Language: fluent Українська and Русский; confident English reading/writing for briefs and async communication (if need be)

Deliverables:

​

• Agreed Core Web Vitals thresholds achieved across key templates

​

• Fully localized site in 5 languages with a working language switcher

​

• Production‑ready multi‑step Inputflow forms

​

• Short report: changes made, metrics before/after, and next recommendations.
