Site Implementation Specialist
Overview
We are a real estate investment firm rebuilding our corporate website in Webflow. We already have a clear design direction, copy, and reference sites. We are not looking for branding, creative direction, or strategy.
This role is strictly for a Webflow implementer who can translate instructions and reference layouts into a clean, responsive, production-ready site.
If you are a designer, marketer, or “full-service” agency, this is not the right fit.
Scope of Work
Build a multi-page Webflow site based on:
- Written instructions
- Reference websites (layout, spacing, typography, interaction style)
- Provided copy and structure
Implement:
- Homepage
- About / Team
- Strategy / Investments
- Track Record (simple layout)
- Contact page
Responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Clean Webflow CMS structure where appropriate
Light interactions/animations (Webflow native only)
Proper class naming and reusable components
What You Will Not Be Responsible For
- Branding or visual identity
- Logo design
- Copywriting
- UX strategy
- SEO strategy (basic technical setup only)
- Custom JavaScript or complex integrations
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Strong Webflow experience (minimum 2–3 years)
- Portfolio links to live Webflow sites (not Dribbble/Figma only)
- Ability to follow precise, written direction
- Comfortable working with: Institutional / professional design aesthetics & real estate, finance, or corporate websites
- Fast communicator and responsive during U.S. business hours
- Comfortable with iterative feedback
How We Will Evaluate You
To be considered, your proposal must include:
- Links to 2–3 live Webflow sites you personally built
- A brief description of your role on each site
- Your estimated timeline for a site of this scope
- Your preferred pricing structure (fixed fee or hourly)
• Proposals without live Webflow links will be ignored.*
Engagement Structure
- Initial engagement may start with a paid test task (e.g., building a homepage section)
- Opportunity for additional Webflow work if this goes well
- We value speed, clarity, and execution over perfection
Budget
Open to fixed-fee or hourly proposals.
Please propose realistic pricing aligned with execution-only Webflow development.
Ideal Candidate
- Senior Webflow implementer
- Low-ego, execution-focused
- Comfortable working from direction rather than inventing concepts
- Treats Webflow like a system, not a canvas
If you read this entire post, start your proposal with the word “Webflow”.
