Design School Web & Living Book Developer

Project Scope

We are building:

  1. School website (HERTZ School)

  1. A second website / section for a Living Book (editorial, calm, chapter-based)

Both projects are already fully concepted.

All texts (German), mockups (PNG), structure and visual direction are provided.

Your role is design + layout + rhythm, not content creation.

You do not need to translate perfectly, but you must be comfortable working with German text (we will support you if needed).

What you will do

• Design directly in Webflow Canvas (no Figma)

• Build all pages visually in Webflow

• Use images as rhythm (not decoration)

• Create space, pauses, and flow

• Apply strong typography and spacing

• Make the site responsive (desktop + mobile)

• Deliver a clean, editable Webflow project

What you will NOT do

• No templates

• No Wix-like sections

• No marketing design

• No conversion optimization

• No CMS complexity

• No animations (except very subtle, if needed)

• No branding changes

• No developer handoff

• marketing look

• cards, boxes, grids

• “clean SaaS” style

• enjoy unusual, non-standard projects

Please apply only if you have at least 1 example of a calm / editorial / architectural project in your portfolio.
