We're seeking a top-tier Webflow expert to join us as a design and development partner. This is an ongoing opportunity to help elevate and evolve our website with thoughtful design improvements, clean development, responsive layouts, and performance-optimized builds.

Inspired by agencies like Finsweet and MetaLab, we’re looking for someone who brings a strong design sensibility, technical excellence, and a strategic approach to Webflow development.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Information Architect to structure and iterate on IA blocks.

Translate Figma designs into fast, responsive, and interactive Webflow pages.

Create smooth, subtle animations and interactions that enhance user experience and storytelling.

Continuously refine the site with UX and conversion-focused enhancements based on user data insights.

Implement SEO best practices, including structured content and dynamic elements using Webflow CMS.

Create blog sections that are built for SEO and readability

Ensure responsiveness across all devices and screen sizes.

Optimize page speed and performance in line with Webflow development best practices.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot bugs or issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Strong UI/UX design skills with a pixel-perfect eye for detail.

Deep experience with Webflow including CMS, Interactions, and custom components.

Skilled in responsive design and creating fluid experiences across breakpoints.

Solid understanding of page speed optimization, accessibility, and modern development workflows.

Comfortable implementing SEO best practices and working with dynamic content.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to self-manage and iterate quickly.

Fluent in English with clear, proactive communication—able to collaborate with internal teams and occasionally present work to clients.
