Website Migration and Enhancement Specialist
Project Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to migrate and improve two existing websites:
flatex.ai – currently built in Readymag
qubehub.ai – currently designed in Figma
Your task is to rebuild both sites in Webflow using a template (crmpru.webflow.io/), while enhancing the UX/UI, structure, and performance instead of doing a 1:1 copy.
Goals
Migrate both sites from Readymag/Figma into Webflow (using a Webflow template as a base).
Improve the original design and UX (better layout, hierarchy, visuals, and interactions).
Ensure both sites are:
Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Fast-loading and well structured
Easy to maintain and edit inside Webflow
Built with best practices for SEO & accessibility
Scope of Work
For both flatex.ai and qubehub.ai:
Review existing sites in Readymag and Figma.
Help select or adapt a Webflow template that fits the brands and content structure.
Rebuild all key pages in Webflow (homepage + main subpages/sections).
Translate existing content (copy, visuals, layout) while:
Cleaning up and improving the layout and visual design
Improving readability, spacing, and hierarchy
Modernizing components if needed (cards, sections, CTAs, etc.)
Set up:
Global styles (typography, colors, buttons, spacing scale)
Reusable components (nav, footer, sections, cards)
Interactions & animations (subtle, clean, not overdone)
Ensure:
Pixel-perfect or near-pixel-perfect implementation from Figma where needed
Fully responsive design across breakpoints
Basic SEO setup (meta tags, alt text, proper headings, clean URLs)
Performance optimization (images, structure, minimal bloat)
Optional (nice-to-have, if relevant):
Basic CMS collections (for blog, resources or case studies)
Basic tracking setup (Google Analytics/Tag Manager) – if you’re comfortable with it
Requirements
Proven experience with Webflow (please share live Webflow projects).
Strong skills in responsive web design and modern UI/UX.
Comfortable working from Figma designs and existing Readymag layouts.
Ability to improve an existing design, not just copy it:
Suggest better layout and structure
Improve consistency and visual hierarchy
Make clear, conversion-focused UX decisions
Clean, organized build:
Logical class naming
Organized symbols/components
Easy for non-developers to edit later
Good communication in English and availability for async feedback via Upwork messages.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with SaaS / AI / tech product landing pages.
Understanding of conversion-focused design (clear CTAs, lead generation).
Basic SEO and on-page optimization experience.
Experience working with Webflow templates specifically (adapting structure & styles).
Deliverables
For each site (flatex.ai & qubehub.ai):
Fully functional Webflow site built on a template (template agreed upfront).
All main pages migrated and improved (not just cloned).
Responsive behavior verified across major breakpoints.
Clear structure of:
Styles (fonts, colors, spacing)
Components (nav, footer, sections, cards, etc.)
Short handover note or Loom video explaining:
Page structure
How to edit common elements
Any important interactions/settings
Timeline & Budget
Start: As soon as possible
