We are hiring a Webflow developer to build two separate B2B service websites for Building Connect and NDI. The websites share the same structure but use different branding, colours, and content. This is not a design job. We have already created the full sitemap, page-by-page structure, content hierarchy, and SEO/AI optimization guidelines.

The task is to build clean, responsive Webflow pages based on our structure and set up CMS collections for Services, Cases, Blog, and FAQ. After Website 1 is completed, Website 2 will reuse the same structure, so the workload is significantly smaller for the second build. We need both sites to be easy for our team to maintain.

What we provide: full sitemap, all page descriptions, complete content structure, branding (logo, colours, fonts), text content, and examples of the visual style we want.

What we need from you: Webflow development only (no Figma design), CMS setup, responsive templates, basic styling per brand, technical SEO setup, and a clean, organized project so we can update everything internally after delivery. No animations, 3D effects, redesign work, or custom code unless required for minor fixes.
