Meta Ads Expert for Shopify Funnel Fixes

I’m looking for an experienced Meta Ads / tracking specialist to audit and fix attribution issues in a Webflow → Shopify checkout funnel.

Events are firing in Meta Events Manager (Pixel + CAPI), but AddToCart / InitiateCheckout / Purchase are not consistently attributed to ads in Ads Manager.

This is NOT a basic “install pixel” task — I need someone who deeply understands Meta attribution, fbclid transport, Shopify CAPI, and cross-domain funnels.

Tracking:

Meta Pixel (browser)

Shopify Meta app (CAPI)

fbclid and UTM parameters are preserved to checkout

Problems to Solve

Purchases sometimes appear in Events Manager but not in Ads Manager

Shopify “conversion summary” sometimes shows no source

Test Events in Meta do not reliably show Shopify events

I need confirmation whether:

attribution is actually broken OR

this is expected behavior due to attribution windows / CAPI delays
