We are migrating an established B2B website from Weebly to Webflow and are looking for a senior, detail-oriented Webflow freelancer to manage the technical build and migration.

The site has ~350+ pages, high existing SEO value, blogs, and project/case study content. Preserving traffic and inbound leads is critical.

​

The new website will be based on a template one from another one of our brands, so only limited web design work will be needed as it is based on templates.

​

We would like one experienced individual who has handled similar migrations before and understands SEO risk.

​

Core responsibilities:

​

• Rebuild the site in Webflow using a clean, scalable structure

​

• Create reusable templates (homepage, content pages, blog, project/case study)

​

• Set up Webflow CMS collections

​

• Migrate existing English content (page-for-page replication)

​

• Implement a complete 301 redirect map (provided in spreadsheet form)

​

• Configure Webflow localisation (EN, FR, IT, DE, ES – infrastructure only, translations handled separately)

​

• Basic technical SEO setup (meta tags, canonicals, sitemap, indexing)

​

• QA support and controlled launch

​

What you will not be responsible for:

​

• Writing or rewriting copy

​

• Keyword strategy or SEO content optimisation

​

• Translation writing

​

• Marketing or design strategy beyond agreed templates

​

Project Constraints (Important):

​

• SEO must be preserved (no traffic loss acceptable)

​

• URLs will change → redirect accuracy is critical

​

• No unnecessary content or structural changes during migration

​

Required Experience:

• Proven experience migrating sites to Webflow

​

• Hands-on experience with SEO-safe migrations

​

Strong understanding of:

​

• 301 redirects

​

• CMS structure

​

• Internal linking

​

• Ability to work from a spreadsheet-driven migration plan
