Beyond Booking is a nonprofit organization. Our current website (beyondbooking.org) was built and is hosted by a former board member. We are looking for an experienced Webflow developer to help us take full ownership of the site, migrate hosting to Webflow, and support ongoing updates.

This is not an emergency rebuild. The initial focus is on access, stability, and independence, with the possibility of a larger redesign later if and when it makes sense.

Phase 1: Transition & setup

• Review the existing site and hosting setup

​

• Identify what access, files, and credentials are needed for a clean handoff

​

• Migrate the site to Webflow hosting (or rebuild in Webflow if required for migration)

​

• Ensure the organization has full ownership and control going forward

​

Phase 2: Immediate updates

​

• Update board member information (remove some, add one)

​

• Make small content edits as needed

​

Phase 3: Ongoing support

​

• Periodic content updates and light maintenance

​

• Occasional small improvements

​

• Potential future rebuild or redesign (not required upfront)

• Solid experience with Webflow

• Prior experience handling site migrations or transitions away from a previous developer or host
