Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role based in Washington, DC, for a Webflow & Front End Developer. The developer will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive websites using Webflow, integrating designs into functional web pages, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with designers, implementing front-end solutions, and supporting back-end functionality for seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design

• Experience with Back-End Web Development and integrating front-end designs with server-side systems

• Solid understanding of Software Development and general Web Development best practices

• Familiarity with Webflow and an ability to create interactive, visually appealing websites

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus
