About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled web developer. We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in WordPress and Webflow to design, build, and maintain high-quality websites across both platforms.

As a web developer, you will play a key role in bringing digital strategies to life through dynamic, responsive, and impactful web experiences. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to bring websites to life.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing in both WordPress and Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing their work. They will also be proficient in HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with familiarity with PHP and WordPress development standards.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to client needs
• Build Webflow websites using the CMS, Designer, and custom code where needed
• Ensure all websites are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
• QA sites during staging and after deployment
• Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to bring websites to life
• Manage ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements for client websites
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes across both platforms
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize sites for speed and security
