We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Web Developer to join our web marketing team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing web experiences that are visually appealing, scalable, and aligned with brand and accessibility standards. This is a remote position that collaborates closely with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Implement A/B testing insights to enhance site performance and conversion rates

• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) for inclusive design

• Collaborate with designers using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to translate visuals into functional, responsive components

• Build scalable and reusable design systems that support long-term site growth

• Continuously improve site speed, SEO, and user experience across platforms

• Conduct cross-browser and device testing to ensure quality assurance

• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, SEO, and product teams to align development with business goals

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles

• Experience integrating A/B testing and analytics insights into production websites

• Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and best practices for usability

• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO best practices

• Experience with CMS integrations or third-party tools
