Full-Time Designer & Developer with Marketing Skills
Full-Time Webflow Designer & Developer (Plus Creatives, Email, and Social)
Overview
I am looking for a full-time Webflow Designer & Developer who can also support our day-to-day marketing production:
• Webflow landing pages
• Ad creatives (image + short video)
• Email setup (Mailchimp or similar)
• LinkedIn outreach
• Blog posts (using AI tools)
• Social media posts
This is a long-term, full-time role (not a side project).
Please apply only if you can work exclusively with us during the agreed hours and be available live during Eastern Time (ET) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Work Schedule
• Hours: Full time, ~40 hours per week
• Time Zone: Must work live in ET (Eastern Time)
• Daily Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday
• Engagement: Long term, ongoing collaboration (not a 1–2 month project)
• Key Responsibilities
• Webflow Design & Development
• Design and build high converting landing pages and microsites in Webflow.
• Implement responsive layouts, animations, interactions, and CMS collections.
• Make ongoing updates and optimizations (copy, sections, layouts, A/B test variants).
• Ensure pages are fast, mobile optimized, SEO friendly, and properly connected to forms and tracking.
• Ad Creatives (Static + Simple Video)
• Create ad images and carousels using Canva or similar tools.
• Design simple short form video ads (reels, story ads, feed videos) using Canva/CapCut or similar.
• Adapt creatives to different formats: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9.
• Email Setup & Basic Automation
• Build and set up email campaigns in Mailchimp (or similar tools).
• Set up audiences, segments, templates, and simple automations (welcome sequences, follow ups).
• Test emails (links, images, mobile view) and schedule/send.
• LinkedIn Outreach Support
• Help with LinkedIn outreach: sending connection requests, follow up messages, and basic replies based on templates.
• Keep tracking sheets/CRM updated with who was messaged, who replied, and next steps.
• Blog Writing (Using AI) & Content
• Use AI tools (e.
g., ChatGPT or similar) to draft blog posts based on outlines/briefs.
• Edit, clean up, and format the content for publishing (headlines, subheadings, bullets, etc.)

• Social Media Posts
• Create social posts (especially for LinkedIn, plus others as needed) using brand guidelines and content direction.
• Prepare text + creative, ready to be posted or scheduled.
• General Marketing Support
• Update website content (text, images, sections) as needed.
• Assist in organizing assets, folders, and basic documentation.
• Communicate proactively about progress, blockers, and new ideas.
• Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Webflow experience:
• You can show multiple Webflow sites/landing pages you built.
• Comfortable with interactions, CMS, responsive design, and basic custom code embeds.
• Design & Creatives:
• Good design sense (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy).
• Experience with Canva or similar tools for ads and social posts.
• Video Editing (basic–intermediate):
• Can create short promo/ads using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Can add text overlays, simple transitions, captions, and hooks.
• Email Marketing Tools:
• Experience with Mailchimp or a similar platform.
• Can set up campaigns, templates, and simple automations.
• Content & Writing:
• Comfortable using AI tools to generate and refine content.
• Can edit AI generated text so it reads clearly and professionally in English.
• Communication & Reliability:
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate clearly on Slack/Zoom and follow instructions.
• Highly reliable with time and deadlines.
• NicetoHave (Not Mandatory)
• Experience with basic analytics and tracking (Google Analytics, pixels, tags).
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach tools.
• Familiarity with SEO basics (meta tags, on page best practices).
