I need a reliable VA to build a simple, fast, conversion-focused author/book website for a newly published nonfiction book.

This is not a creative branding project.

The structure, messaging intent, and conversion goals are already defined.

Your job is clean execution.

Scope of Work

-You will build and launch a live, production-ready website that:

You are not responsible for:

-Designing logos or illustrations

You are responsible for:

-Speed, polish, and launch readiness

You will build only the following:

-Clear CTA to advisory application

-Key ideas / themes

-Where to buy (Amazon links)

-Explains who advisory is for

-Clear link to external Typeform application

  1. Contact

-Simple contact form or email link

No blog.

No newsletter.

No extras unless explicitly approved.

You must be proficient in at least one of the following:

-WordPress (Elementor or similar builder)

-Webflow

Technical requirements:

-Fast load speed

-Clean typography

-Mobile-first design

-SEO-friendly structure

-Google Analytics ready (installed if credentials provided)

Design Direction

This is a credibility site, not a marketing funnel.

Design must be:

-Minimal

-Neutral color palette

-Professional finance / advisory aesthetic

-Easy to scan

-Zero gimmicks

Assets Provided

I will provide:

-Final book cover

-Approved copy blocks

-CTA links

You should not guess or improvise core messaging.

Deliverables

By project completion, you will deliver:

-Clean navigation

Timeline

-Initial build: 7–10 days

-Revisions: 1–2 rounds
