B2B SaaS Site Designer

We are looking for an experienced Webflow designer to modernize the visual design of an existing B2B enterprise AI SaaS website.

The site has 9 total pages, which map to 4 core page types (the remaining pages are replicas of the 4 core page types). The engagement is focused on a UI design uplift only, not a redesign.

All information architecture, copy, SEO, and GEO are already optimized and must remain unchanged.

The goal is to bring the site in line with current (2025) B2B enterprise design standards so it feels clean, modern, and credible to executive audiences, comparable to best-in-class SaaS sites.

Scope of Work

  • Visual uplift applied to 4 core page types, including:

  • Typography scale and hierarchy refinement

  • Color and background refinement

  • This may include modernizing existing brand colors (tone, balance, usage) while preserving brand continuity

  • For visual treatments, no stock imagery allowed

  • Section spacing and layout consistency

  • Button and CTA styling

  • Card and container styling

  • Icon system cleanup or replacement guidance

  • Light, modern motion effects, including:

  • Subtle fade / translate-in animations for sections on scroll

  • Hover and interaction states for buttons and cards

  • Tasteful transitions that enhance clarity without distraction

All work should be implemented directly in Webflow, using reusable styles and classes so changes apply consistently across the remaining pages.

Out of Scope

  • No changes to copy or messaging

  • No changes to page structure or information architecture

  • No SEO, metadata, or schema changes

  • No CMS or backend logic changes

  • No full rebrand or ground-up redesign

Note: A logo refresh or broader brand exploration can be discussed as a separate follow-on phase if needed.

Imagery Guidelines

  • Imagery across the site should be modern, restrained, and appropriate for a B2B enterprise audience.

  • Imagery must be purposeful and support the message or workflow being communicated

  • Decorative imagery used purely for visual effect should be avoided

  • Any AI-generated visuals, if used, must be subtle, durable, and meaning-driven, not trendy or illustrative

  • Not allowed: stock photography, generic healthcare imagery, abstract “tech” illustrations without clear purpose, or visuals that distract from content clarity.

Deliverables

  • Visually refreshed UI for the 4 core page types

  • Consistent application of styles such that updates naturally extend to all 8 pages

  • Reusable global styles and classes within Webflow

  • Clean, production-ready Webflow implementation

  • Review, QA, and Signoff

  • The engagement will include:

  • An initial visual uplift pass for review

  • One structured feedback round

  • A final refinement pass

Acceptance criteria:

  • Design feels ultra-modern, clean, and enterprise-grade

  • Visual system is applied consistently across the 4 core page types and therefore all 8 pages

  • Light motion effects feel polished and intentional (not flashy)

  • No changes to content, IA, SEO, or GEO

  • Design changes must not negatively impact page performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, or GEO indexing.

  • Motion effects should be lightweight and implemented in a performance-conscious way (no heavy scripts, delayed content loading, or techniques that block or defer primary content rendering).

  • Implementation is production-ready in Webflow

  • Regular check-ins during the engagement are expected to ensure alignment and avoid rework.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong experience with Webflow and B2B SaaS websites

  • Demonstrated ability to modernize existing designs without restructuring them

  • Strong visual judgment aligned with enterprise audiences

  • Familiarity with current SaaS design patterns and interaction standards

Timeline

  • Timeline: ~1 week

  • Potential follow-on work if the engagement goes well

How to Apply

Please include:

  • Links to Webflow sites you have worked on

  • A brief note on how you approach UI modernization within existing constraints

  • Applications without relevant Webflow work will not be considered.
