MVP Completion & Automation Specialist

Project: Finalize Webflow MVP + Complete Automation for CheckMyRide

I’m building CheckMyRide, a startup that helps used-car buyers book pre-purchase inspections with trusted local mechanics — think Zocdoc for car inspections in the DC / Maryland / Virginia area.

The website and most design work are already complete. The Airtable database and Zapier automation flows are about 50% done, and I need a professional Webflow + Zapier + Airtable + Stripe expert to finish the integration, polish the site visually, and deliver a ready-to-launch MVP that handles real bookings, payments, and mechanic matching.

What’s Already Done

About & Contact

Post-Payment Confirmation

Figma Design: Complete and matches brand visuals.

Webflow Hosting: Live and under my account.

Zapier: Connected and functional; ~50% of automations built (multi-step Zaps in progress).

Airtable: ~50% complete with tables for Mechanics, Bookings, and Availability already structured.

Google Sheets: Receiving form submissions via Zapier.

Stripe: Integrated in Test Mode; account verified.

Automation Progress:

Webflow form → Zapier → Airtable/Google Sheet mapping.

Seller confirmation email template created.

Mechanic availability form drafted.

Payment and booking status logic partially working.

What’s Needed to Finish the MVP

  1. Webflow Fixes & Visual Polish

Fix responsiveness (especially on “How It Works” mobile view).

Improve layout and spacing across breakpoints.

Add hover and scroll animations for a clean, modern SaaS-style look.

Enhance pricing tiers with icons or graphics.

Fill blank homepage space (trust badges, reviews, or FAQs).

Add a style guide page for easy future edits.

Optimize for performance (Lighthouse 80+ mobile).

  1. Complete Automation (Zapier + Airtable + Stripe)

Finalize Webflow → Zapier → Airtable flow for all form data.

Finish seller confirmation flow: email or SMS link to confirm inspection time.

Finalize mechanic availability form (Airtable or Calendly integration).

Enable ZIP-based matching (by radius, car type, and mobile/shop status).

Auto-invite available mechanics; first to accept gets the job.

Integrate Stripe logic:

Option A — charge after seller confirmation.

Option B — authorize on booking, capture when mechanic accepts.

Add notifications:

Buyer — booking confirmation, mechanic assigned, scheduled update.

Seller — confirmation link and final schedule.

Mechanic — job alert on acceptance.

Slack — new booking, no coverage, or refund alerts.

Build fallback logic for “no mechanic available” and refunds.

  1. Deliverables

Fully functional Webflow site with booking and payment flow working end-to-end.

Airtable base finalized (Bookings, Mechanics, Availability, ZIP Radius).

All Zaps live, tested, and documented.

Stripe fully connected (Test Mode → Live ready).

QA Loom videos for all flow tests (booking → confirmation → mechanic assignment).

Final handover doc including Airtable schema, Zap list, Stripe setup, and test checklist.

Budget & Timeline

Open to price offers from experienced pros.

Target range: $1,800 – $2,500 USD, but higher bids are welcome for exceptional experience or faster turnaround.

Timeline: ideally 7–10 days from kickoff.

Revisions: one primary polish round after QA testing.

Ideal Candidate

Deep experience with Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, and Stripe integrations.

Skilled in data automation, logic mapping, and system testing.

Strong visual design sense to refine UI while completing backend.

Clear communicator who delivers reliable, documented work.

To Apply

Please include:

2–4 examples of Webflow + Zapier/Airtable/Stripe projects you’ve completed.

A short outline of how you’d handle mechanic matching and seller confirmations.

Your fixed bid (or range) and estimated delivery time.

Confirmation that you’ll include QA Looms and a full handover document.

Bonus: share a short Loom showing one of your past Zapier–Airtable–Stripe integrations in action.
