I am looking for a top-tier designer and developer to create a brutally simple, high-converting landing page for a new members-only health and wellness concept.

The Concept: A "Performance Sanctuary" for high-achieving young professionals and elite nomads. It’s a "Coastal Ranch" ecosystem that integrates elite functional fitness (HYROX), social recovery (saunas/cold plunges), and biophilic workspace.

The Goal: The page must validate demand and capture email sign-ups for our pilot locations in Portugal, France, and Cape Town. We are looking for a "Bambu Fitness meets Soho House" aesthetic.

Scope of Work:

Design: A clean, premium UI/UX (ideally designed in Figma first).

Development: A responsive, fast-loading build in Framer or Webflow.

Copy Integration: I will provide the core messaging; you will optimize the layout for readability and conversion.

Form Capture: Integration with Mailchimp or Beehiiv to collect waitlist sign-ups.
