We need an experienced developer who can fix an issue where GCLID values are not passing from our Webflow website into Zoho CRM, even though lead submissions are already flowing correctly.

Current Situation:

​

Website is built on Webflow

​

Zoho CRM is receiving leads correctly

​

Lead Source (Google Ads) is showing properly

​

However, the “Google Click ID (GCLID)” is always blank

​

Our internal developer attempted the integration and got most parts working, but GCLID is still missing

​

We have already completed:

​

Zoho WebToLead form setup

​

Webflow custom form setup

​

Hidden GCLID fields

​

Custom JavaScript for capturing URL parameters

​

Staging tests and live tests

​

Lead flow confirmation

​

Tracking script implementation

​

Despite this, GCLID is not being injected into the final Zoho CRM record, indicating an issue with script execution order, Webflow parameter retention, duplicate fields, or Zoho form handling.

What We Need You To Fix:

​

Ensure the Webflow page retains ?gclid= in the URL (no stripping/redirecting)

​

Make sure the GCLID script fires BEFORE the Zoho form loads

​

Remove any duplicate GCLID form fields

​

Ensure the hidden gclid field receives the correct value

​

Ensure Zoho CRM receives and stores the GCLID correctly

​

Complete end-to-end testing on staging + live

​

Prepare the form for Google Ads offline conversion imports

​

Provide documentation of the fixes

​
