Experienced Developer for UI/UX Implementation
We’re looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to support ongoing website work over a 6-month hourly contract.
This role is strictly focused on implementing existing UI/UX designs into Webflow no design work required. You’ll be working closely with our internal team to build clean, scalable, and performance-optimized Webflow site.
We value precision, structure, and consistency over quick builds.
What You’ll Do
- Convert Figma UI/UX designs into high-quality Webflow pages
- Deliver pixel-accurate, fully responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Build clean, scalable class structures using Webflow best practices
- Create reusable components and symbols for long-term maintainability
- Implement interactions and animations where specified
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Apply feedback efficiently and iterate when needed
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Strong experience implementing designs from Figma
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive behavior
- Experience with Webflow CMS (collections, dynamic pages)
-Clean class naming and structured Webflow builds (no messy stacks)
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience working with agencies or multi-brand environments
- Performance optimization and basic SEO awareness in Webflow
- Light custom code (JS / CSS) when needed
