We’re looking for an experienced automation engineer to help us connect our stack — Webflow, Stripe, HubSpot, and Sana — using n8n or Make.com.

We want to automate our user sign-up flow end-to-end:

The Flow:

​

1. User signs up through a Webflow form

​

1. Payment is processed via Stripe

​

1. Contact and payment data are pushed to HubSpot

​

1. A user profile is created in HubSpot (using the Webflow form data)

​

1. HubSpot then pushes the necessary fields into Sana to activate the user’s learning account

​

What We Need You To Do:

​

• Build the entire automation flow (Webflow → Stripe → HubSpot → Sana) using n8n or Make

​

• Set up data mapping so user info, payment details, and subscription status are all captured cleanly

​

• Ensure data integrity between systems (no duplicates, failed triggers, or broken syncs)

​

• Document the workflow and logic for future maintenance

​

Requirements:

​

• Proven experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar automation tools

​

• Strong understanding of API integrations between Webflow, Stripe, and HubSpot

​

• Comfortable handling authentication, webhooks, and data payloads

​

• Ability to test and validate end-to-end data flow

​

Deliverables:

​

• Working automation connecting all four systems

​

• Clean data syncing into HubSpot (contact + payment info)

​

• User accounts automatically activated in Sana after successful payment

​

• Documentation of workflows and logic

​
