Webflow Designer Needed (Advanced) - Page Builds, Custom CSS, SEO Setup + Training

We’re looking for an experienced Webflow designer/developer to support the ongoing development of our B2B SaaS website. This is not a full redesign; the structure and brand direction already exist, but we need someone who can confidently evolve and optimise what’s there.

What you’ll be doing

​

Updating and refining existing Webflow pages

​

Building new CMS-driven pages aligned to our current structure

​

Applying custom CSS where needed to extend functionality and styling

​

Supporting SEO setup across pages (metadata, headings, technical structure, performance considerations)

​

Ensuring responsive behaviour across devices

​

Providing practical training and walkthroughs so our internal team can manage updates confidently

​

About the site

​

We operate in the governance, risk, compliance and sustainability software space, so experience with B2B or SaaS websites would be ideal. The design system and brand guidelines are already defined. We need someone who can work within an established framework rather than starting from scratch.

Skills & Experience Required

​

Strong Webflow Designer experience (including CMS builds)

​

Ability to write and implement clean custom CSS

​

Solid understanding of SEO best practices within Webflow

​

Experience in structuring scalable classes and maintaining clean builds

​

Confident communicator who can explain technical decisions in a practical way

​

Training Requirement

​

Part of this role involves knowledge transfer. We’re looking for someone comfortable running screen-share sessions, explaining their approach, and helping us build internal capability over time.
