Independent Designer Minimal Modern Webflow Website Template
Vellmar is a minimal Webflow portfolio for independent designers, with an animated project reel, CMS case studies, and Day and Night themes.
About template
Vellmar uses a warm off-white canvas, small understated labels, and a horizontal reel of tightly spaced project images. One featured image expands across the center of the screen, with narrower image tiles on either side. The visible work mixes portraits, product photography, and saturated orange and red details. Small project text sits at the bottom of the large tile, while the header keeps navigation, local time, and Day and Night options discreetly arranged across the top. The layout gives imagery room to lead without adding decorative clutter.
The template is designed for independent designers and suits personal portfolios that present visual projects as the main focus. Its pages include a home project reel, an archive with cursor-following previews, an About page, and individual case study pages. A tile-based menu links the main pages, alongside branded 404 and Password pages and supporting Style Guide, Instructions, Licenses, and Changelog pages.
A Cases CMS collection powers the reel, archive, case pages, and Next project links. Separate reel and archive ordering, optional video links, and case-specific SEO fields support portfolio updates. GSAP animations include the reel, page transitions, and case study reveals. Day and Night variable modes, reduced-motion support, and a contact panel using native Webflow Forms are included.
