Job Description
We are a nonprofit organization preparing to launch a new brand and are seeking a Webflow designer/developer to design and build a modern, high-performing website.
Our rebrand—including messaging, visual identity, and creative direction—is already complete. We are looking for a partner who can bring this to life through a thoughtful, user-centered digital experience.
This is a high-visibility project tied to a full organizational rebrand launching in October 2026.
About Us
Food Outreach provides medically tailored meals and nutrition support to individuals facing serious illness. Our new brand centers around the idea of “Nutrition for Good” and emphasizes health, dignity, and hope.
Scope of Work
You will lead both design and development in Webflow, including:
Design
Translate our new brand identity into a clean, modern website
Create visually engaging, conversion-focused layouts
Design with multiple audiences in mind (clients, donors, volunteers, partners)
Development (Webflow)
Build a fully responsive, mobile-first website
Implement CMS collections for easy internal content updates
Optimize for performance, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG best practices)

Ideal Candidate
Strong portfolio of Webflow sites (please include live links)
Experience with nonprofits, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations preferred
Ability to balance strong design with clean, scalable builds
Strong UX instincts, especially for donation and engagement flows
Clear communication and ability to work within a structured timeline
