About Assembly Software

Assembly Software is a legal tech company serving personal injury and plaintiff law firms. We're in the middle of a repositioning and website refresh, and we need a sharp, AI-fluent design partner to ride with us through launch and beyond.

The Role

​

This is a part-time ongoing contract role (10-20 hrs/week to start, flexible up during launch sprints). We want someone who can think in brand and execute in pixels, and who has already integrated Claude, Figma AI, and Webflow's AI tools into their daily workflow. If you're still designing the way you did in 2023, this isn't the right fit.

What You'll Work On

​

Light design refresh tied to our repositioning (visual system tune-up, not a full rebrand).

​

Website graphics and component design in Figma, then build and ship in Webflow.

​

Marketing collateral including one-pagers, sales sheets, ebooks, and pitch deck templates.

​

Trade show and booth materials including large-format graphics, signage, and pop-up banners.

​

Social and ad creative templates the team can repurpose.

​

Front-end HTML/CSS tweaks and Webflow CMS work as the site evolves.

​

Required Skills

​

Strong brand and graphic design portfolio (B2B SaaS or tech preferred).

​

Expert in Figma.

​

Working proficiency in Webflow including CMS, interactions, and responsive builds.

​

Comfortable with HTML/CSS for front-end edits and polish.

​

Demonstrated AI-native workflow: actively using Claude (or equivalent) for ideation, copy, and code; Figma AI for design acceleration; Webflow AI for build speed.

Nice to Have

​

Experience designing for legal tech, B2B SaaS, or professional services.

​

Print and large-format production experience for booth and event graphics.

​

Light motion or Lottie animation skills.

​

Familiarity with brand systems and component libraries.
